FEMALE RESIDENTIAL ADVISOR

A residential advisor primarily works to ensure the safety and personal growth of students enrolled in the program, including supervising and mentoring students in academic, therapeutic and/or recreational activities.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred but not necessary. High School diploma or GED. Two or more year’s prior experience working with youth and families is preferred. Excellent communication and role-modeling skills is preferred. Age of 21 years or older is required. Possessing a current driver’s license and passing a driver’s background check is required if driving a company vehicle. Drug free employer.

Shifts available is Thursday – Saturday 11:00pm- 9:15 am and Sunday – Tuesday 11:00pm-9:15 am.
