APPLICATION PROCESS

We are excited to consider your daughter for enrollment to Greenbrier!

Please follow the simple steps outlined below to start the application process.

Please mail all required documents directly to our Admissions Director, John Grago, at jgrago@greenbrieracademy.com.

Application Steps:

STEP 1: Please sign the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC) documents found HERE, scan and return via email. The ICPC process takes some time and is required by the state of West Virginia before your daughter can enroll with Greenbrier. This is not a contract or obligation to send your daughter to Greenbrier. It is simply best to start the process as early as possible.

STEP 2: Please fill out the Authorization for Release of Information and Release of Student Records forms. Be sure to include any current/previous providers and educational institutions we may need information from during the application process.

STEP 3: Please fill out our online application found HERE.

STEP 4: Please email us all that are applicable and available:

    • ∙ Any psychological evaluations from a mental health professional
    • ∙ Any discharge summaries from previous treatment programs
    • ∙ Clinical summaries from previous therapists
    • ∙ Most recent academic report cards and progress reports
    • ∙ An academic transcript if available
    • ∙ 504 plan
    • ∙ Copy of IEP

Once we have received your information, our Clinical, Academic and Medical teams will review it to be sure Greenbrier is the right fit for your daughter and your family. If any questions arise, someone from our Admissions Team will contact you to move the process forward.
